This position plays a critical role in our mission "To be advocates in addressing the ever changing needs of the aging adult population." This position is a key proponent in helping build a strong rapport with community referral sources.
Candidates need strong written and verbal communication skills. A lot of time is spent on the phone, so phone etiquette is a must. You will be interacting with patients and their families, hospital administration staff, Physicians and personnel from referral healthcare facilities.
Need to be team oriented and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Healthcare background is preferred.
